Chassis The dual chassis design consists of an independent base of sandwiched brushed anodized aluminum and black acrylic 4/20/4/10/20/10mm. This first chassis houses the arm completely independent from the motor, platter and bearing. This 3-foot design is also height adjustable and locking for fine adjustment and leveling. The separated platter sits on its own solid aluminum base, which is further suspended with a custom ball bearing foot assembly. Bearing Stressed relieved ceramic ball bearing. This reduces friction and mechanical noise associated with traditional bearings. Platter The platter is precision machined on an automated CNC lathe. The platter is then Hardcoat anodized to increase its hardness, density, abrasion resistance and overall dampening abilities. The finished thickness after machining and anodizing is 200mm at a weight of 19kg/41.89lbs. Motor Assembly The LP-600 uses dual AC synchronous motors custom manufactured in Europe according to our requirements, which include changing the iron shaft to ceramic to eliminate mechanically noise and increasing the torque to handle our heavier platters. The motors are housed in their own standalone aluminum cases located on each side of the table and are linked to our SC-100 power generator and GRS monitor. GRS System The AMARI LP-600 comes standard with our GRS System (Generate Rotate, Synchronize) which is a combination of clean regenerated power and precise measurement of the platters revolutions Together the un-fluctuating power generated and the optical measurement system can lock the precise and consistent rotation into place free from a fluctuating wall power supply. Other standard features on the LP-600 are two Amari Slow-Pitch VTA (20-25mm height adjustment) with quick swap sockets to accommodate dual arms along with adjustable mounts capable of lengths of 210-230mm.
